About Practice: Introduction

My work opens people up to new, wholehearted ways of being that are aligned with true nature. This section about practice gives you an opportunity to explore what this might look like for you.

Some contemplative practices have concretely defined goals. This can be helpful, especially for beginners, because it gives clear direction and something you can measure your progress against.

At some point, awakening practice becomes more subtle than this. There can still be practice aims, but they come from connecting with your inner felt reality and cultivating more ineffable or subjective qualities rather than reaching for something outside of you.

To make this shift, you need to connect more deeply with the depths of your internal experience, knowing that you, too, are an expression of Buddha Nature. This collection of essays helps you sink into this approach to practice.
