What makes for good spiritual practice
I went through a process of awakening that I believe manifested for the benefit of all beings. It was so excruciatingly painful that I wouldn’t have survived it if I thought otherwise. Having emerged out the other side, I experience the world in quite a radically different way to anything I could have possibly imagined before.
Along the way I captured the key insights that emerged during this process; these insights and ideas are some of the groundwork that my approach to spiritual and contemplative practice is built on.
Some of the themes I cover are things like what makes for good spiritual practice, how to talk about awakening in an open and wise way, collective shadows and a fourth turning of the wheel of Buddhism.
