Imaginal Practice with Dharmagarage Utrecht
Imaginal practice is about using our creative minds to explore what is happening for us in our lives and this present moment. This requires us to have a good degree of presence in our immediate experience to avoid getting lost in thought.
Here is a pre-talk to help name some of the experiences we may encounter, including energetic sensations. Identifying them with more clarity can help us deepen our practice.
The follow-up meditation session includes a short intro to the practice, a warm-up social meditation and the practice itself.
Cool follow-up reports from the group include experiencing joyful entities, holding paradoxes and the transformational power of embracing shadows.
