Conversations About
Body Work & The Imaginal
I chat with Jane, who is a professional body worker and imaginal guide. We explore how she is combining the two in her work.
You can find out more about Jane on her website.
Somatic-Imaginal, with River Kenna
River is another imaginal teacher and guide and he created the term somatic-imaginal.
We explore what this means to each of us and how it fits into a wider awakening path. This was originally recorded for the awakening course.
Comedy & The Imaginal
Mitch, who is a professional comedian, and I explore the crossover between comedy and the imaginal, first in a short brainstorming conversation, then in an hour-long podcast video.
He creates comedy with the Kloons and I particularly like this hilarious short on emptiness.
Rope Flow & The Imaginal
Siniša and I have a short brainstorm about the crossover between rope flow and the imaginal. You can find his rope flow techniques on Instagram.
This conversation inspired him to create this video about what rope flow is, which includes footage of him in action.
Siniša is also a keen shared imaginal practitioner, who brings lots of experience of working with the Ideal Parent Figure Protocol.
Shared Imaginal Practice
Javier and I have a 30 minute conversation about shared imaginal practice – what it is and what the impact of practicing it is.
This includes discussing energy as the basis of creative practices and how the practice relates to your parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems.
Javier has been one of the longest practitioners and is also a professional musician and voice coach.
Radically Simple Embodiment
The embodied is a vital part of imaginal practice and most people have completely lost touch of what it means to be in connection with their body.
Dylan and I talk about his spiritual journey and his process of going from being a disembodied head to being a body. We also discuss how the imaginal is revealing what is already there to you.
Dylan is also a poet and writer – you can read some of his work on his Substack.
